You are not alone
You know that worry that you're "not good enough?"
That no matter how hard you try, you still end up feeling like you don't measure up?
I think we all feel this way at some point.
So many successful, wonderful people have anxiety, fears, negative thoughts, self-doubt, depression, and feel like they are never enough.
You do not have to feel like this forever.
You can learn to have confidence in yourself, to have self-compassion when you make a mistake, and to go after what you value most in life.
I believe you can create the life you want, and I can help you get there.
In therapy, you get to be exactly yourself – no need to “put on a happy face” or appear like you “have it all together.” You and I work together to figure out your goals and what will help you get there.
I will be alongside you as you learn how to listen to your inner voice, calm worries, quiet harsh, negative thoughts, soothe difficult emotions, set healthy boundaries, and practice being vulnerable so you can truly connect in your relationships.
People that I work with tell me that my grounding and accepting presence helps them to open up and explore difficult thoughts and feelings. When leaving sessions, you are likely to feel more understood and hopeful - like a weight has lifted off your shoulders.
